Tech & InnovationHow I think Microsoft's campaign to fix Windows 11 is going after 6 months
Incremental Windows 11 fixes that still leave core bugs unresolved are a reminder that endpoint stability is now a gating factor for AI assistants and security agents that live in the OS. Deep discounts on perpetual Office licenses are a reminder that Microsoft is segmenting hard between static productivity and cloud+Copilot subscriptions. If you’re standardizing tooling, be explicit about where you truly need AI-connected 365 versus where a one-time Office license is enough — that split will drive your real TCO.
Tech & InnovationThe MacBook Neo has a ton of child and teen safety tools: How to set them up
Apple leaning into built-in child and teen safety tooling on MacBook Neo reinforces that device-level governance is becoming a core buying criterion for families and schools. Edtech and consumer app builders should assume tighter OS-level controls on time, content, and permissions — and design onboarding that works within those guardrails, not around them.
