Stealth watermarking of ChatGPT outputs means AI provenance is moving from theory into the substrate of everyday text—without users needing to opt in. If your org publishes or ingests large volumes of text, plan for a world where "was this AI-written?" can be answered programmatically and may trigger different workflows.
