TAKE YOUR IDEASFURTHER.
Put your thinking in front of a new audience. Work alongside people whose expertise expands your own. Bring your experience to a problem you haven’t tackled before.
The Alchemist Network offers ways to publish, speak, teach, experiment, and collaborate through Neue Alchemy’s research, Labs, and commercial work.
Whether you’re exploring an emerging technology, questioning an industry assumption, or sharing something you’ve learned by doing, give people a chance to discover your perspective, and what you could do together.
01 Ways to contribute
What could you put into motion?
Signal + Noise
Research and publishingGive your perspective an audience. Pitch field notes, analysis, technical explainers, case studies, and essays drawn from your work, with selected contributions published under your name.
How pitching worksLabs
ExperimentsGet your hands on what’s emerging. Test early Neue Alchemy Labs products and contribute to experiments as opportunities open.
Mentoring
Founders and emerging talentBuild relationships through the decisions that matter. Share your experience with startup teams and E.T.A. members working through challenges you may recognize, and perspectives you may not.
Specialized training
Practice, not theoryTurn hard-earned knowledge into something people can use. Help develop and deliver training in areas where you have deep, current expertise.
Speaking
Rooms worth being inTake your perspective beyond your usual audience. Be considered when an event or organization needs a speaker with your experience.
Teaching
Sessions and workshopsShow people how you approach the work. Lead learning sessions for members and the companies and public institutions we work with, bringing your methods and experience into the room.
Working groups
Shared problemsFind people willing to think deeply about the questions that interest you. Work alongside other members on a problem that matters to a sector, discipline, or community.
Collaborative initiatives
Building togetherTake on work that calls for more than your expertise alone. Join teams forming around ventures, research, and client work, including public-sector projects, where your capability fits.
Opportunities to contribute open as programs, sessions, and projects are scheduled. Expressing interest helps us match the right members when they do.
02 Writing for Signal + Noise
Take us insidethe work.
The experiment that surprised you. The assumption that didn’t survive testing. The technology you’ve worked with that could change an industry.
Signal + Noise is Neue Alchemy’s publication on technology, business, and the work of building. It gives people doing that work a place to explain what they’re discovering, and why it matters.
Bring us a finding, an argument, or a story drawn from your experience, from the factory floor to the term sheet. Our editors develop selected pitches into pieces published under your name, helping your perspective reach beyond the people who already know your work. Editors may also commission pieces from members.
Build a body of thinking people can read, share, and associate with you.

LET YOUR WORK
OPEN DOORS.
An article gives someone a reason to seek your perspective. A session shows them how you think. A collaboration lets them experience what you can do.
Put your expertise to work where it can lead to new relationships, invitations, and possibilities for what you do next.
